Description
"A Different Galaxy" opens a view into a strange, cosmic space beyond familiar order. Through the dark depths run luminous paths of blue, violet, and gold that act like flows of energy or nebulae, overlapping, condensing, and dissolving again. The surface is richly textured—sometimes rough and granular, then smooth and fluid—so that the image appears less like a depiction of the universe and more like a sensation of vastness, movement, and time. Light seems to emanate from within the composition, not from the outside, as if this galaxy were glowing from within itself. The work provides no fixed point of orientation but instead invites the viewer to drift into the unknown. It is a painting about crossing boundaries, about marveling at the immeasurable, and about the idea that beyond the visible, there are other worlds that can only be experienced from within.
