This work depicts a multi-layered, narrative scene in which figure, landscape, and architecture are intertwined. A central female figure stands in the foreground, while suggested scenes, faces, and structures appear in the background—like memories or fragments of a story.
The composition feels fluid and open: elements emerge, disappear again, and blend into one another. Lines and areas of color are not clearly separated but merge into a vivid, almost dreamlike visual world. This creates the feeling of perceiving multiple levels at the same time.
Warm red, brown, and ochre tones dominate the image and are complemented by cool blue and gray accents. The surface is rich in texture, with fine lines, scratches, and glazed layers of paint that give the work depth and movement.
