Description
"Twilight Hour" unfolds a calm, almost timeless scene in which several figures appear closely connected. Their faces and bodies blend gently into one another, as if they were part of a shared moment between farewell and anticipation. The warm gold and ochre tones merge with cooler layers of blue and gray, creating the floating atmosphere typical of the hour between day and night. Through the mono-sgraffito technique, lines and forms appear both delicate and determined, while the figures retain a sense of detachment, as if they originated from a memory or a dream. The composition thrives on the dialogue of gazes and gestures that express closeness, protection, and quiet melancholy.
